Who we are
Elliott Clinical Services (ECS) is a practice dedicated to supporting First Responders and their families. Owner Rebecca Elliott obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2013. At that time, she began working with children and adults both in her office and at the farm through her Horse Therapy Practice, specializing in trauma work. Through her personal connections to the first responder community—being the spouse of a firefighter and the sibling of a former law enforcement officer—Rebecca found her passion for working with first responders and began applying her trauma expertise to working with this population.
2018, Rebecca shifted resources to begin serving first responders exclusively, leading to the establishment of Elliott Clinical Services. ECS expanded to a group practice in 2024 to address the growing need for resources and culturally competent clinical support within the first responder community. ECS provides trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment to promote healing for PTSD/PTSI, anxiety, depression, supporting growth, resilience, and healing.
