Rebecca is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Kansas. She is also a lead clinician for the West Coast Post Trauma Retreat (WCPR) Kansas satellite program, a residential treatment program for first responders. As the spouse of a firefighter and the sibling of a retired law enforcement officer, Rebecca is familiar with the culture and common struggles that accompany that commitment. She has extensive experience working with severe trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a research based treatment method proven effective in treating trauma among first responders.  Rebecca provides counseling, training, consultation, critical incident debriefs, and wellness checks for police, fire, and ems.

Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kansas, specializing in working with individuals aged 13 and older. She addresses a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use. Laura has extensive experience in inpatient treatment settings, most recently at a substance use treatment center, where she discovered her passion for supporting those affected by substance use and trauma. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Erin O’Donnell is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in services for first responders and public service employees. She is a retired Captain with over 25 years of Law Enforcement experience. She dedicated a large portion of her career to providing peer support and critical incident debriefs to police, fire, dispatch, and emergency medical personnel. Erin has been actively involved in initiatives that directly impact the public including, Crisis Intervention Team and Veteran’s Treatment Court. Erin received her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and interned at both Cottonwood Springs and Johnson County Mental Health. She also collaborated closely with the staff and residents of the Adult Detox Unit in Shawnee, Ks. She is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
